1st I booked an appointment for a cut shampoo and blowout at 530 n Carrollton which I arrived and was turned around and told they don’t provide that service I then proceeded to drive to 905 veterans which I once again was turned around and told they do not provide that service which is on the site next I called the 4852 veterans location at which time they stated they do now according to what I booked it was 43$ and they charged me $70 stating is extra long which I will provide pictures my hair is short to medium length. She washed it which my hair still has buildup from the hair grease I use and plus the blow out looks like I have never even got anything done to my hair. During holidays, Donna gave me a haircut. I waited 30 minutes but I realized I had no appointment. After the haircut I asked if she wanted me to make appointments her in the future so I don’t have to wait. She said sure and gave me a card her name on it. I called this morning she said normally they don’t take appointments but wanted to know what time I wanted. I said 2:00pm. She said ok I will take you at that time. I showed up at 1:50pm. I told her my name and had the appointment. She then took another customer. I said I have an appointment, She said yes, I put you down on the register and showed me, but I can’t take you right now and we don’t take appointments. I have been here once or twice a year for the past several years. I had the worse experience today. I was serviced by the nastiest and ugliest mannered woman, Jan. When asked how I wanted my hair cut, I ask if i could see where 5 inches off would be. So she shows me with her hand. Then I as if I could see 6 inches, and I believe this is when she became irritated. She simply just had to raise her hand by an inch, but she starts asking me if i want it at my shoulder or shoulder blade. I ask if I could see what another inch would look like, so she grabs a ruler, measures 6 inches, and just cut a lock off! I'm pretty sure my mouth opened. I had no choice but to go with 6 inches at that point. I had such a hard time concentrating, because I was replaying what happened in my mind over and over a

20 minutes before closing. Two hairdressers walked up saying they close before they close. Watched others customers turned away too. Super lazy. Bad biz. Im not in the database BECAUSE I WAS REFUSED SERVICE WITH OTHERS.

SUPER STAR DONNA! Always pays special attention to every customer & delivers THE BEST styling. Today I noticed her giving extra attention to senior man, making sure he was safely in the chair. Totally AWESOME cuts & care!!!
