Supercuts

I've been twice. Kim did a bad job. Hair was not cut straight once, and another time haircut made it look like there was a part down the middle of my head. She thinned my hair so much (she called it texturing) that my scalp is showing. I do not recommend.

Sally did my waxing service on my eyebrows and upper lip. I checked in earlier in the day on the app, and when I arrived, she was ready and the warm wax was waiting for me. She was thorough and friendly. I was in and out of there really quickly on my lunch break. It was $26 before tip.

We took our disabled son for a haircut. The haircutter, Philomena, is great with him; patient and respectful.

Kim did an excellent job. She took great care to check she was doing what I asked for, and had great judgement and style that made my hair look great. Will definitely be going back!

This is my second time that I use the APP to book an appointment with certain hair stylist. When I arrive I am asked to write my name on a paper to track the customers in line. After doing so I am asked to get a hair cut by another stylist that I did not book through the APP. Very inconvenient for the customer.
