just a perfect experience from start to finish. I was welcomed right away and felt heard as to what style I was looking for. And I figured I couldn't get it because my hair was thinning. But my hairstylist completely perfected the look of what my hair wanted and what my face wanted!!! and literally performed magic! I''ve had long hair all my life and she made me absolutely love this shoulder length haircut so much I am just the happiest I've ever been with a haircut and probably 10 years!!!

Nancy did a wonderful job with my hair. It's a little shorter then I wanted but I like it. I definitely will be coming back.

I had let my hair grow out from a pixie cut and went to a salon to get it cut and they butchered it. After another two months of growing it out again I went to see Kim and I showed her a picture and she effortlessly made it happen. Fixed my hair and cut it so that when it grows over the next two months it'll be one length again. I couldn't be happier after having that horrible experience at the salon. Kim definitely knows what she's doing and I'll be back to see her in a few months!

I got the worst haircut of my life yesterday by Nancy. My hair was shoulder length. I showed her a picture of a face framing, layer cut with bangs just a little shorter than my hair. Now, my hair is about three inches long although it is layered and it's a shag like in the back. I had my glasses off for the cut. I was so shocked when I saw it, I didn't say anything. I just wanted to get out of there. My husband actually gasped when he saw it--and not in a good way.

Kim did excellent job quickly, and I am very happy about my hair! Kim is the expert who works with ease and makes it look effortless. She is very friendly and cordial. I'll be back.
