This supercuts need to have a new manager because the one that is in charge is so unprofessional salon look disgusting smels bad. They never have staff their only one girl working all the time by herself poor girl she looks frustrated and i don't blame her i believe her name is Lya she nice but is only her working there when I go this Sunday just like other Sunday it was just her and no other help. Like I say this supercuts need a new manager that is professional and know about customer service and by professional i meant the way they dress because.

The woman that cut my hair did a terrific job. I brought a picture of what style I wanted and she cut it like the picture. She was pleasant and took her time and seemed like she really wanted to give me a great haircut. Even thought it was Christmas Eve and she was the only one there she did a took her time to do it right. The price was a little high.

Loved my experience with Leah. She was so sweet and had a great personality, I wanted to stay and chit chat with her more. Definitely coming back with her.

Stylist did a lot of dry combing. Used the hair dryer after as well with no heat protectant. Made zero small talk with my daughter. Never asked if she was okay, her name, or age. We sat in silence. Not even background music. My daughter said she was uncomfortable after and the lady pulled her hair a lot.
