Supercuts

Have nothing negative to say about any of the other stylists, but I brought in my three year old daughter today for her first haircut and Maria was incredibly rude and impatient with her. My child was doing her best to follow instructions about angling her head but is also a three year old and had never had her hair cut before, not even by me (all of which I told Maria). Maria was continually getting angry when my child would move at all and I was one more comment away from confronting her about it. I’m leaving this review in the hopes she can take the feedback as she just created a negative experience for my daughter.

I did a walk-in, and have done in the past with no problem and little wait time. The ladies that work here have always greeted us upon entering and were very courteous and nice. They've done a great job on haircuts for my adult daughter and the price is fair. I paid $25 for a haircut i believe, I usually include a tip. The area is always clean and bright.

Took my grandson for a back to school fresh cut. Had stylist give him a shampoo first which he enjoyed. We had a very short wait. He loved his new cut but especially loved the warm rag afterwards. We will definitely be back!

The lady didn’t know to how I wanted my haircut. She was unsure of it instead of just listening to the Customer. The lady did not smile. It’s like she had no emotions on her face. I do not recommend this place.

Maria cut my hair for me today, and boy she did a great job!! I have naturally curly hair so when my hair gets passed my shoulders it get very heavy. I have very thick hair that feel extremely overwhelming and depresses me. I feel so much lighter now! Thank thank thank you Maria!
