This salon showed very little haircutting technique and the result was one of the worst haircuts we have experienced. The attitude was also quite poor. When we tried to give feedback during the haircut, the staff appeared impatient. After finishing, they shook the loose hair directly onto our clothes without cleaning it. As a result, our faces and clothes were covered with hair clippings, and we had to cancel our afternoon plans and go home to shower. Regarding the haircut itself, the back was cut straight across with no layering at all. When trimming the bangs, the stylist had to ask another person to help. Katrina was amazing with our young toddler - she was quick and efficient while still being very detail-oriented. I showed her some pictures of our desired length and style, and the cut turned out perfect. It's so hard to find a good place for kid's haircuts so we will definitely be back!

I had the pleasure of being Gabby's customer on her very first day. She was thoughtful, careful, and truly focused on getting every detail right, taking her time to deliver a great cut. She asked for guidance when needed, which showed how much she cares about learning and doing her best. She was also patient and responsive to my requests. I have frequented Supercuts in Lexington for several years now! The talented staff and the price, cannot be beat! I always work with Alexis and she is superb at cutting and coloring my hair ❤️, and that of my family! We have settled in on the perfect color for me and I know I can always count on the consistency that Alexis provides! Alexis is also always upbeat, professional and super personable! My entire family loves working with her 💯🎁 In again last Thursday, 1.22.26 for highlights (foils) and a blow out and Alexis yet again, did an amazing job on my hair and she always has the notes in the computer for exactly what is needed! She also more recently has been cutting one of my sons styles into the new mullet fad and he ❤️ it!! Also, ditto to everything I said above in my previous review
