Supercuts

I scheduled a haircut for my grandson with Monica, and he was pretty nervous about it. Monica was incredibly patient and kind, and the other ladies in the shop were so supportive and encouraging. Despite all his wiggling, Monica did a fantastic job with his haircut. We will absolutely be booking our next appointment with her.

Monica can be described in one word, AWESOME! She listen to my wants and offered advice based on the description of what I wanted. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Supercuts.

This was truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I walked in feeling hopeful for the first time in a long time, and I left sobbing. I’ve spent two years growing my hair out while battling severe postpartum depression. It took everything in me to finally get the courage and motivation to go in for a haircut today. I showed exactly what I wanted, something that felt meaningful to me after everything I’ve been through. Instead, my hair was cut drastically short and completely uneven. When I tried to express how devastated I was, all they did was blame my “hair texture.” just excuses. I left that place feeling crushed. What was supposed to be a small step toward feeling better about myself turned into a moment that completely broke me. I wish I had never gone.

Had to go in there twice to try to fix this line that has no blend on sideburn still can’t get it fixed.

I dropped off and picked up my dad for a cut here. And it’s terrible. He’s had some bad cuts before but this has got to be the most uneven, unattractive hair cut. Ever. There was another young man who had come back to get his neck line touched up bc it was wildly uneven. She didn’t even brush his hair before he left. How could someone possible feel good about letting a customer leave looking so poorly. Yikes.
