Sue did an amazing job on my haircut! She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and made sure she understood the style I was going for before she started. Her attention to detail and skill really show in the final result — the cut came out clean, balanced, and easy to manage. She was also very friendly and made the whole appointment comfortable and relaxed. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments already. I’ll definitely be coming back to Sue and recommending her to others!

I always have a wonderful visit at Supercuts. MARY is terrific. She’s patient. She listens well and she’s got a very sweet pleasant demeanor and I just met Sue the new one from New York and she’s wonderful too. It’s so peaceful at that particular location and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Thank you so much.

Mary was exceptional with my son. He’s 14 and very specific about his hair. She took the time to listen and did a wonderful job. Also had topics to relate to with him. We enjoyed our experience very much.

Husband had a 10 am appt and we were 2 mins early. Walk in and stylist is seating someone and when he says he had an appt the stylist says “well I’m going to take him first can you wait 25-30 mins?” No we have other things to do that’s why a appt with a time was made. She says “well sorry I’m going to do him first”. Why is someone without an appt going before someone with a appt? Someone who was on time has to wait 30 mins? & it’s not like she even started the none appt person yet! Won’t be coming back.
