Supercuts

I was very pleased with the haircut that Nuris gave me last time so I made sure to make an appointment for a day when she was available. I showed up for my 11 AM appointment only to learn that Walk-ins are taken before people who have an appointment. She was cutting one person‘s hair and there were two walk-ins waiting. Apparently, an appointment means absolutely nothing. I did not get a haircut, but will try again later because she is a very good stylist.

I wish I could give it more stars than five. I love this place and I finally found someone who can cut my hair.The way I want it and not charge me a ridiculous price. That means so much today. I'm telling everyone I know.

Nuris was AMAZING. Friendly, Professional and very Knowledgeable. She’s my new go to stylist. I would definitely recommend.

I am beyond disappointed and upset with the haircut my son received yesterday from Ramona. We showed her clear pictures of the style we wanted, but what she delivered was an absolute disaster. The haircut is uneven, poorly blended, and completely unprofessional. The sides are patchy, the blending is nonexistent, and it looks as though no care or effort was put into it at all. To make matters worse, my son was bullied at school today because of this haircut. His classmates mocked him, saying it looked like someone cut his hair with a toothbrush. As a parent, it broke my heart to see him so upset and embarrassed over something that should have been a simple, positive experience. Ramona didn’t even apologize for the poor job she did. Nuris is the absolute best. She always does a fantastic job. I’ve been going to her for about 8 years. I work in a 5 star resort and spa. The customer service and treatment I get at this Supercuts is better then I got at the salon where I work.
