Supercuts

Kate does a fantastic job. The first time she cut my hair she was fixing a bad cut I had done elsewhere. The second time was for a trim with some long layers and both times she did exactly what I wanted and cut off the perfect length. She confirmed a couple of times throughout to make sure she wasn't cutting off too much which I really appreciated. I checked in online and was able to get right in. I was expecting a short wait but just happened to get lucky on a rainy Tuesday night. Will definitely return.

I ended up going for a haircut and basically got my entire hair mowed off. I asked the stylist to cut my hair shorter on the sides and leave it longer on the top. I wanted her to fade it. She asked me "what do you mean?" I should have just got up and left at that point. Not knowing what "fade" means as a stylist is alarming. I explained to her what I meant. She took the buzzer and just started shaving away. By the time she started shaving, it was too late. She had to continue to cut the entire hair short. The haircut has absolutely no style and is completely uneven. It is very embarassing to go to work looking like I put my head in a blender. She did not seem genuine either and was in a rush. Very disappointing. I will not be returning here nor recommending it to any of my family, friends

Three weeks back I got haircut done for my Son who is 4yrs toddler. Requested for Cup shaped hairstyle where the stylist had to use trimmer. My Kid was cooperating and sitting still. Even then the trimmer was not run properly which made a cut on the right ear that led to blood.. Being such a professional brand there was no first aid and she was providing tissue paper to suck the blood. Horrible situation!!. Now am so much worried if there is an infection caused and getting a blood test done for my satisfaction as I know that trimmers are not sprayed with disinfectants after each use. I would never return to this center again.

Sam did an excellent job cutting my hair! I have fine, wavy hair. I came in just to cut off the length I wanted to donate and she did a get job layering the hair I had remaing. New favorite place!

Jaclyn was a great stylist and did exactly what I asked without taking any additional liberties. She asked clarifying questions so we were on the same page and checked in along the way. Clean and professional, will return!
