Supercuts

Came in for an eyebrow wax. Not a single person waiting or getting their hair cut. 3 stylists sitting in the back room. Asked if I was able to get a color while I was there. I was denied for a color, not because they were busy.. but because its back to school???!!! I understand if they were booked, people were getting their haircut/waiting for a haircut. I would have never asked if that were the case and they were truly busy. But 3-4 stylists sitting around and being denied to get a color because its "back to school" week is outrageous and not an excuse. Good luck building your profits if you deny people services when it could have clearly been done.

Used google reserve for my son and Darcy who cut my hair was great, everyone was friendly, got us in the chairs within 10-15 minutes, about $17 without tip

Honestly, incompetent is the only way I can describe my experience here. What I asked for vs what I got:

Sam is the best hairdresser I have ever had. She has that wonderful lighthearted positivity that lights a room, and makes the entire town a better place to live. Get the app, specifically request Sam, and you will be wishing your hair grew faster just to see her again 😊. I wish they would bring back the hot towels though!
