Supercuts

I love the way Lena cuts my hair. However, I checked in with her for today and when I arrived I was told the she wasn't in today. Why didn't anyone call me and let me know. They had my phone number from checking in. That is very poor customer service by the person who was working there today, having me make the trip for nothing.

There’s got to be a better pricing model. My son got a trim, and he did legitimately got one- the stylist DID do a good job. But it was, and I am not kidding, a two minute haircut. I barely checked one email. $26 dollars. For two minutes. Again, I am not complaining about the stylist, what she did was fine. But that much for two minutes? No thanks, I’ll try somewhere else.

I have never seen such terrible work done by any hairstylist. My kids hair were not even leveled properly. Dont know why they have good reviews on web.

It’s always a pleasure getting my haircut at Supercuts from Lina. She’s such a sweet friendly woman. She always is pleasant and very helpful especially when my sister n law comes to get her haircut or coloring. My sister n law is in a wheelchair. Lina takes the time to wheel her in the spot where her barbers chair was. She’s very personable to her. She talks to her in a good way. Also when leaving she or one of the other women working there holds the outdoor for us to wheel through. I will continue to go here for myself and sister n law while we live in area.

In-and-out; a haircut on my almost-barren head that takes 3 mins with a clip. Cost = $23 + tips. Fair! The stylist was taking call in between. She did not properly attend; I noticed mismatch between right and left sides. She rectified after I mentioned to her. She did not hand a hot towel when done. I have been going there for years BTW; closest to my home. Average, I would say.
