Supercuts

I was grateful that they could take me as a walk-in today but this haircut at a Supercuts is just really unfortunate. I don’t know if she was that tired towards the end or if she thought I wasn’t going to check and see the Quality of the cut. The Salon I was supposed to go to was unavailable and so I decided to try this location. I wish stylists were trained on all hair types. Not only did I have to wait for the one person they said could do my kind of hair but once we got going it was clear I was the spectacle in the salon. I requested to keep my same hair style. She recommended layers I said okay trusting that she would be knowledgeable. After I saw that she was just cutting without checking it was too late. She made the first cut and I said wait a minute and she snipped again and said

I had my haircut, and I thoroughly like the experience, the beautician was knowledgeable at doing my hair. She was very professional and courteous and continuously asked me what I needed to have done. It was great. Thank you so much, Cindy Monroe

First of all, I didn’t know what to expect. But my haircut, Kiana had such confidence in her abilities that I immediately became relaxed and got a great haircut. This was my first time going to one of these types of places because I usually go to a more local barbershop that does hair like mine. So like I say, I didn’t know what to expect and I say all that to say, I was very, very satisfied with this cut, and the people who saw it were very satisfied. They all were very complementary of the cut.

I will preface this post by saying I was late to this appointment. That being said if it was too late I would've preferred that they said i needed to reschedule or come back at a later time. But the stylist told me she was ready. I showed her some pics and she got to work. She was a little abrasive in her questioning the cut i requested but said ok. I assumed all was well but I was wrong. Essentially she just trimmed some hair in a few places and shaved something in the back idk. And then she was done. Less than ten minutes I paid and left. I was really disappointed in my cut and how I was treated. Thankfully I did end up going to another establishment where the stylist did a fantastic job and polite
