Supercuts

Aide gets 5 stars she is the best, however, I am giving 4 stars for the owners/management of this shop. I have been a customer for many years and have received 5 star service from Aide (and Marcella) but I do not know how a shop in a thriving city of Glendale cannot hire additional stylist for this location. Its taking too long for this to happen. Nearby Supercut shops seem to always have several stylists on hand. If they could add at least 2 more stylists at Glendale, I am certain the efficiencies in time and customer service would increase in a positive way.

I went in for a haircut and a Hispanic woman with curly hair and an accent took me. She was disrespectful and kept saying I had dandruff loudly for others in the store to hear. I decided to to go back one more time because it’s a very close location to me. This time I walk in, no hi just come with me to the chair. She asks me what I want done and I said I wanted a trim. She said “one length?” and I said probably not because my hair has old layers. She asked me if I cut it or someone else because it was very uneven. I said “we don’t have to be saying all that..” and she said “if you don’t want me to tell you the truth I don’t know what you want me to do” I said “you don’t have to be rude” and she told me to get out of the chair and kicked me out saying she didn’t need to service me. Aida( hope I'm spelling right) was the stylist who cut my hair exactly how I wanted. Did not like the $42 Supercut I received 5 months ago ( at Burbank) and I have to say Glendale redeemed Supercut reputation. Thank you so much Aida. And she was Alone with 3 walk in clients and a full day. Nice, professional, and without a doubt skills in customer service and styling.

Cheryle had a difficult job to do with my hair. She explained what she thought would be the best way to do my hair. I’m very satisfied with what she did. It is a bit shorter than what I expected but looks great.
