Pros: clean facility, sweet staff, was no wait a random day right after school. Cons: Knicked my son’s ear pretty good and this was the result of “we’d like his hair out of his eyes.” Quite literal, no blend, and choppy lol.

I came in for a basic fade and specified a 1.5 guard on the sides. The barber stated she had 20 years of experience, but seemed unfamiliar with guard measurements and fade terminology. I had to explain what I was asking for and even look up the attachment size during the appointment. The haircut itself took about 10–15 minutes and felt rushed most would usually 20-30 min as well I was looking she's just doing it as whatever not going to even try to do my best. The vibes definitely fit it. Overall I was not satisfied. Bad attitude. I did tip out of courtesy, but I expected a higher level of professionalism and technical skill. If I see her and this type of service I will definitely not be returning.

The lady who was cutting my kids hair took more than an hour to cut 2 inches length of the hair of same hairstyle. She seems to be a trainee or a lady with less experience. I patiently still considered that and let het cut the hair. She sprayed the whole bottle of water wetting my kids hair soo much, that she fell sick that night. Poor kid had to sit for 1:15 hour on the chair to get her 2 inches of trimming done. Meanwhile her colleague did haircuts in same-time for 3 customers already.I still tipped that lady since I thought she is new and still learning, but this experiment on my kids hair made her head so wet that she fell sick is something I didn’t liked. I won’t recommend this place unless you have specific hair stylist whom you know is good and always can rely on them.

I have had Ann cutting my hair for years. She always successfully cuts my hair to my satisfaction. What I appreciate the most is her candid advice on what style suits my hair type.
