Went in for a hair cut several months ago and wasn’t sure what I wanted was looking to see what I wanted lady working was extremely rude go to sit down and she well you already have that so got up and walked out. I wait a couple months so went in the other day showed her what I wanted and she didn’t do what I wanted I love my haircut I got but she kept on and on asking really personal questions I had to tell her that I don’t give out personal information and she said ok whatever I will not be back if she keeps working there honestly the whole time she was worried about going on lunch. When she was cutting my hair she was on phone with her boyfriend. She doesn’t need to work there with that attitude

They told me that the next appointment is in 2 hours. She said that she has to take a lunch. It was literally 3: 15 and she looked at my face and all of a sudden she remembered that she had to take a lunch. She was rude and non welcoming. I also agree with their timings they close way before they're closing time. I will get to the other place next time.

Online it says this location closes at 7 pm. I arrived at 5:37 PM. There was only one woman in there (looking at her phone). I made jokes about getting my ears lowered and she acted disgusted to see me. She told me they closed at 6. I continued trying to make light of the situation but there wasn’t anything friendly coming out of her. I could tell she wanted to be done for the day so I said I’d just leave. All I needed was a quick scissor cut but I guess I understand with it being 23 minutes until closing. I walked to Moe’s to get some food and when I walked past again at 5:55 she was still watching videos on her phone. Cherry was so kind and helpful with amazing customer service! She cut my hair perfectly and I will definitely be back and recommend this location because of her.

I walked in at 5:00 they don’t close till 6:00. She said she was completely booked for the day. The only person in there was the one getting a haircut and from the looks of it, he was almost finished.
