Terrible service. Their system was down, and no one informed me ahead of time that payment would need to be in cash. I had booked an appointment with Gloria, but Elvira cut my hair without confirming this change with me. I specifically requested a straight cut. Elvira stated that they “never blend the ends” when doing a straight cut, which left me with visibly choppy ends. If that’s the case, I could have had someone cut my hair with a ruler—why even require a license? She also claimed that with a straight cut, you cannot pull the hair forward, which made no sense to me. Overall, very disappointing experience

This hair is a layered hair cut they’d think I see many chunks in my hair so asked them a refund because they ruined my hair and I can’t trust them anymore so I can go to other store They denied a refund and wanted to check my hair so I said okay and I was waiting for my turn. Eventually they did ignore me because they were busy but they didn’t seem busy when they have a new customer!!!! Unfortunately they see my hair as a very trimmed layered hair and can’t see any chunks in my hair they told me that this is “layered hair cut” I was asking 😂😂 So I want to have people’s opinions about my hair cut If they think this haircut fine They need to ask themselves they deserve to be called PROFESSIONALS They didn’t even say sorry I am so angry about their attitudes!!!! Best Supercuts I’ve ever been to! I arrived and was immediately taken to a chair, no waiting and they were busy(it was Valentine’s Day). Love my haircut! Love my hairstylist Vicky, she was amazing and did a wonderful job! Exactly what I wanted… will 100% be returning!

She took the time to look at my face shape and skin tone, and she suggested a hair color and haircut that truly suited me.
