Ty was amazing! Very gentle, very kind, and very pleasant! She explained every step of the haircut thoroughly before, during, and after. She’s very thoughtful and continuously confirmed with me exactly what I wanted. 10/10 best haircut in my 36 years of life! I’ve never left a salon (even the very expensive ones!) feeling so happy and confident! Couldn’t be more impressed with Ty’s hair skills and people skills! I hope my hair grows faster so I can come see her sooner!

Service was fast when you check in online. I wouldn’t recommend walk-ins. I went yesterday but the list had already filled up. So I made an appointment for today and was seen right on time. Love my new shirt cut. Nene asked if I wanted a trim, I replied nope I want it off! She did just that and it was the right length for what I wanted to do.

Today is June 6 2025 and my stylist was NiEsha at the Flowood Ms location. She was very pleasant patient and welcoming throughout. Upon my entry I was the first customer to arrive. About five minutes later the next client walked in. I was initially told I could t get styled today because only two people were working and they were only cutting which I wanted a cut as well because my ends were damaged but also wanted a flat ironing. I drive 45 minutes to get to this location. Niesha said if I had an hour to wait she would get me after the other two ladies waiting. I agreed. I washed my hair the night before and had leave in conditioner in it. Niesha advised the hair would be stiff with product on it so we decided to add shampoo to my services. She shampooed and conditioner my hair. She cut t

My experience was amazing! Phyllis is very knowledgeable of the hair and body. I watched her greet everyone that came in! Phyllis was very professional, paying attention to detail as she cut about 5 people in an hour. Customers were struggling with new check in system and she would stop to assist. My favorite was she was approachable. I left feeling light and looking totally different! Great asset to your business.

Very good first time experience. My 4 yr old son got his hair cut. The lady was very patient and kind with him. She did a great job!!
