Supercuts

EXTREMELY disappointed with my son’s hair cut this evening. First, we had a 5 PM appointment. He did not get in his chair until 6:01 PM by 614. He was done. Absolutely worst cut he has ever had. He is 15 years old in 10th grade and Beyond embarrassed to go to school tomorrow. Normally, I bring him to the barber, but I have been working extra shifts and his father would only bring him to Supercuts. Huge mistake!! He waited for an hour For his appointment and she didn’t even spend 20 minutes on his hair!!! It is clearly Uneven and no thought put into it whatsoever. I am not wanting to leave bad reviews for bad service, but this is where I draw the line. A waste of money and a waste of his time. I don’t want anybody making the same mistakes as us. I got my hair done the other day for a trim and wash at Supercuts in Fayetteville, NY and i didn't notice that the lady gave me bangs until yesterday her name was COLLEEN when we went back In and told her all about and she was very unprofessional, arguing and she gave us an attitude the whole time saying she did this thing then the next saying that's probably breakage we said that is a fresh cut we can tell the difference then she was like are you a hairdresser we said no but my aunt is and we know a lot about hair ( mind you i’ve never had bangs my whole life, and I told her my hair was not like this before you touched it ) and she never apologized to me about what she did and I told her well. And when we asked for a manager she said I’am the manager we said the one higher than you. Are

06/25: Great cut, super fast. My regular place 12/25: Update: after the initial visit every cut I've been getting has been consistently too short and even though I tell them I need enough to style they cut it to where its not styleable at all. I'm done with this place. A high fade on the sides and trim on top is not hard.

I have cut my hair with Supercuts for over ten years. Lately, the Fayetteville branch has often been late for their appointments, but generally they get me in within 15 minutes. Today, the wait was more than 40 minutes after my appointment. I cancelled and won’t be back. I don’t usually do these reviews, but I had good service for years and whoever is managing this store needs to know this is a problem.

Hit or miss haircut wise. I had one lady who was fantastic!! The next time I went I got a lady who turned a trim into a bowl cut, it was unfortunate. Honestly the final result was laughable. Probably wouldn't recommend going here... but if your a risk taker with a sense of humor, go for it! At the end of the day its just hair, but like also some additional training might be a good idea.
