Supercuts

My young adult son had his haircut done and the hairstylist was quite impatient with him. It takes a while for my son to decide on things and I wish she showed more patience and understanding with him. We all have to remember that we don’t know what someone is going through, or what their story is, so it would be nice in the future, if all your hairstylists would show some patience and compassion to all their customers. Thank you.

Ashley cut my son's hair .. and she was amazing. Listened to every detail. And shared her knowledge on the hair cut and more. Super friendly and super polite

This was about the worst experience I have ever have dealt with when it came to getting my son’s haircut. We went in two days ago as a walk in, there was no other customers in the shop, the receptionist even said they could take us, she checks us in and everything then she turns to ask the stylist if she was ready and the stylist proceeds to say she wouldn’t have enough time to do my sons hair and continues to sit and scroll on her phone. There was another stylist there and god bless her because she was trying to do whatever she could to get us in her chair due to the disrespect of her coworker… the stylist that was available to take us says Her next appointment was at 3:30, it was 2:50…. I walked out (irritated) scheduling an appointment and we arrive on time get seated and she starts cut

The African American hairstylist had a very poor customer service . First she was 10 minutes late for my appointment and did not apologize. Secondly, she appeared angry, verbally combative when I told her what I wanted done for my hair. I was about to walkout because of her negative attitude but decided to just be polite and have her finished cut the ends of my hair. I left the place feeling upset and dissatisfied with my experience . I would never want to comeback to this place again and be helped by her….. horrible experience !

Very friendly atmosphere! Comfortable. Able to get in and made my appointment from my IPad. Able to get my haircut in a timely manner. Great haircut.
