Customer service was great. Arrived earlier than our appointment and was seen right away. Julia did a beautiful job on my mom's hair. She was amazing through out the whole process. Thank you for taking such great care of my mom's hair. Definitely coming back.

Had a really nice experience, for my first visit. Cut my hair in long layers, and I also discussed colour options for later. Everyone there was super nice and helpful, and I feel good about coming back more often. :)

Julia, has been my stylist for at least a year. Ever since she cut my for the first time I loved it and have gone back to her ever since. BTW, I've been going to this location for at least 20 years !

Its my first time here. My person was very pleasant and easy to know. It was almost closing so she was tending to me while waiting for her last customer. No worries, I can wait. I appreciate her helping me. My only disappointment is my eyebrows. After she waxed and shaped them up she had me look in the mirror. From what I could see I thought it was ok (it was dim lighting in the back at the washbowls). I could see the scraglers were gone so I thought cool but no, I get home, look in the bathroom light and I see that they've not been shortened or straightened out some to help align and cover my scar. Honestly, my brows are a mess.... still. I've been working gently to see if I can shape them up but its slow going and not super successful. My hair has been evened out and it looks lovely

I went in for a simple trim on my length and bangs. Sonia cut way too much off my bangs. Its a bad cut and I am not happy. Everyone ive come into contact with has said its a botch cut and I will be wearing a beanie until it grows back. I asked for my bangs to be cut rifght above my eyebrow. She said she would be cutting it right at my eyebrow. She then proceeded to cut my bangs about an inch and a half above my eyebrow. It looks terrible. My hair was wet when I left so I didnt realize how botched it was until I got home and my hair dried. Really unhappy with this.
