Unfortunately I cannot recommend booking with Marcolina. I had the worst haircut experience of my life. This was supposed to be the highlight of my morning before a long night and it is now the worst part of my day. I sat down and showed her what I wanted, explaining verbally and also showing her reference photos for each part. She began working and said she didn't like my hair, complaining that it tangled easily. Then without warning she squeezed water out from my hair onto both me and my phone and instead of apologizing she just said, "Move your phone, Girl!" The haircut took 40 minutes because I had to keep re-explaining what I wanted and at the end she said I was "very particular" but really I just knew what I wanted and she was failing to understand the entire time. I had an AMAZING experience with my stylist- Marcalina. She made me feel very comfortable - despite my anxiety issues- and she gave me the best haircut I've had in a long time. She is a wonderful asset to the Ephrata Supercuts!

I took my daughter to get a kid’s haircut here. She had long hair that constantly matted underneath the top layer even with brushing and braiding. It was too long for her to brush properly. Michelle didn’t bat an eye at her knots and got to work! She quickly brushed through the knots, washed, cut about five inches off (which was requested). Not only is my daughter’s hair much more manageable, but she likes it, too (even though she didn’t want to cut it at all). I’m very pleased with the service, and Michelle was kind and professional. I recommend her to anyone, but especially those with kids looking for a clean up! Thanks, Michelle!

I was there about a month ago for the first time. My stylist Sasha was amazing, it was so refreshing to have her give me her opinions about styles and listen to what I was looking for. She did my hair with my back to the mirror most of the time and when she was done and turned me around I said WOW! I will definitely go back.

Took my daughter today for her back to school haircut. She’s only had one other haircut in her life and that was about 6 months ago at a salon down the road. I figured, being that Supercuts is good for the whole family, my 5 year old would be in good hands. I booked the appointment online which was super easy. I gave my daughter the option of who she wanted to cut her hair from the two options listed. She selected Marlene. When we got there, Marlene was very nice. My daughter has Autism and ADHD. Struggles to sit still and focus. First of all, her hair was “hanging below the chair” so my daughter had to stand up to get her hair cut.
