Supercuts

Made appointments online for 2:15 and 2:45 today for 2 different stylists. They called us when we were already on our way to ask that we switch both appts to 2:45. We said no problem, we did our errands first, then arrived at 2:45. There were 2 people in the chairs and about 4 people waiting. One stylist was complaining loudly about a previous customer. When that stylist who was complaining took another customer for a dye I asked how long it would be since we had appointments, we were told that it wasn't an appointment, it was a reservation and walk-ins come before reservations. We let them know that we found that unacceptable, especially since they had called and talked to us. We then walked out.

My son got a really great haircut here. They were very polite and friendly, opened right on time and the store was one of the nicer looking Supercuts we have been to.

The stylist that took care of me did not do a good job of washing my hair - never even got the back of my hair wet , rushed the wash . Nobody else was in the salon. Then I had asked her twice to dry my hair and it was still wet when I walked out. Although she did a good cut, but it’s a simple cut.

Mariah was amazing! She always had me leaving feeling like 100 bucks. She fit me in right away and I didn’t fluke like it was a rushed haircut like most place do. She used to work at a closer location to me but I drove the 40+ mins just because she’s that good.
