I would have rated one star but there was no wait time for an appointment, but almost 300$ for a silk press with burnt hair?? No wonder the salon was empty on a Friday. That should have been my first warning flee. There were too many red flags there to not pay attention. The phone ringing but nobody answered it in an empty salon. Stylists kept saying what I wanted was "going to be expensive" throughout the service but didn't give me an estimate and the prices are on the app. My appointment was 1pm but I didn't get out til almost 4 pm. With all three of Stylists working on me...Plus the stuff I did get I had problems: got my gray roots covered with basic black and since my forehead was not treated with petroleum jelly so there is black smudges on my forehead line. Hell, if I could give less than a one star I would! I have a mixed child and his hair is very curly. He has textured hair so it tends to get knotted up etc. Don’t take your children here! My son is 3 years old and he was a bit fussy getting his hair cut and brushed…the lady started off attempting to DRY brush his hair without spraying any leave in or water on his hair. She then got irritated with my son being fussy about her yanking a brush through his curly hair and asked me could I brush his hair…that was a bit odd to me but I done it so she would stop doing whatever the hell she was doing. After his hair is brushed she took some clippers to his hair & he got fussy then because she was pulling his hair…she threw her hands up and asked “is he even going to let me do his hair”…that pissed

Had an ok haircut but the customer service here is not the best. Please take this feedback that there is no need to tell your clients they are not important because they come and go and then later expect a good tip for a regular hair cut. Am just being honest.Just focus on doing your best and make a good environment for your clients and am sure it will be much better for you as well.

I had never been to a Supercuts before but now I have very short hair so I need affordable more frequent haircuts. Tonya put my mind at ease. She is simultaneously skilled and very fast. Brava, Tonya and Thank you!

AMAZING cuts, trims, colors, and flat ironing done by Lonnita Wazner and Xuan Phuong Ho! My daughter got her hair trimmed and thinned by Xuan and Lonnita did her blow out and flat iron, along with my Highlights. The color came out perfect, conversation was wonderful and comical, and her attention to detail was unforgettable. I certainly hope to book my follow up with her in a few months. Thanks for making me feel like a rockstar without braking the bank!
