Supercuts

Quite disappointed with the visit today. I have been using Super Cuts For a long time. The lady at Dublin CA center was rushing and had no patience to look at details for a cleaner cut. She rushed to check me out while I was still in the chair and called her back to show incomplete work. I was the first customer at 10 AM and the facility was dirty and never seen it like this. I hope the management will take care to fix these basic things.

Worst Supercuts ever. The stylist first said she can do blow dry and light styling and then when she started she said, I can't do it and removed my black coverall. Didn't apologize or even felt bad to waste my time. If you have curly hair and want to get blow dry, don't go here. Useless place.

The Stylist who cared for me was so very nice, polite, courteous and patient. She took care of me once before and i want her to continue to be the one who takes care of me im the future. She qas Winderful..

I asked for a skin fade and she told me she knew exactly what I wanted and will take care of it. This is a common cut and in the end it was nowhere near what's expected. I already need to go back and get a cut and its only been a couple of days. It seems like they dont want to do any more work than necessary so they can get you out in 5-10 minutes for the next customer. Quantity over quality.

Very disappointing experience with CHI. I have very long hair, yet the entire haircut was finished in about 10 minutes. It felt extremely rushed, as if the priority was getting to the next customer rather than doing the job properly. There was no attention to detail or care taken. Ten minutes was all it took to ruin my hair—and my day. I would not recommend booking with CHI if you value your hair.
