Supercuts

I’ve debated whether or not to post this but it’s just not okay, it’s not that I don’t like the haircut, my hair was botched. This is the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my entire life. Not having to pay for the haircut is not enough compensation for what was done to my hair. The first photo is the haircut, the second was what my hair looked like before the haircut. All I wanted was a trim on my ends and layers. I am truly at a loss for words. How can I reach out to you directly?

My barber Mars was very accommodating and made me feel at home when she took care of me. I will be continuing to come here for my haircuts

My stylist Shannon is a Superstar Supercuts Stylist! She absolutely makes each of her clients not only feel special and valued- she envelopes them in the warmth of her friendship. There isn’t anything impersonal or hurried in her expertise and efficiency. Just so they know, I called back just to confirm that my length wasn't cutten off like I wanted it. But I got hung up on by the manager Mitchell for my last impression, and I don't like that. I just called for a quick confirmation. Oh well. They did their best to fix my bloched up so I will give them credit for that. Just bad last customer service impression. Effort doesn't matter when the end result doesn't satisfy a customer. If you take Ina customer, make sure you can fulfill their request. I give 2 star cus I'm nice and the manager did fix my hair up a bit. Though it's shorter now, it seems it's the best length if I want it to look less blotchy. First haircut on left. My son is four and I’ve always cut his hair until today. We decided that we would get his hair cut like a big boy. Johnathan did an amazing job not only with my sons hair; but with the entire experience. Thank you from the Mohawk dude!
