Supercuts

I don’t think the place is bad, or even most of the workers, but the lady I had (I didn’t get her name cause she never introduced herself, she was a younger black woman) made my haircut kinda jaggedy and the back is longer than the front even though I showed her how much I wanted cut off. I asked for layers and she left some of the chunks straight blunt and others were perfectly feathered so I asked her to fix it, and she did for the most part but there are still some blunt chunks. I’m mainly upset how the back is like a whole inch or two longer than the front so when my hair is flat and down you can see just a chunk of hair that’s so much shorter than the back. Will definitely not be going to her again. The third and 4th photo is my hair before the haircut.

Absolutely fantastic haircut by Kia today! We went from nearly waist long hair (to be donated to the Cancer Society for a wig) to the cutest short cut I’ve ever had! Kia listened to me and most importantly listened to what my hair could do and gave me the perfect blend of both. Now I can wash and go with just hand styling which will take me less than ten minutes. Kia, you are the best! Thank you so much for the most wonderful experience and haircut ever!

ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATED! When I walked in I asked the front desk girl, who could not be bothered to stand, smile or speak loud enough for us to hear- if anyone in office cut long curly hair. She did not know so she asked an older lady who was with a client, she said everyone there could cut long curly hair… that should have been my cue to run! A few minutes later a lady wearing pink sweatpants and a baggy shirt called my daughter and began doing her hair. I did not get up and watch because my daughter is 16 and knows what she wants done to her hair. The lady grumbled as she pulled a comb through her hair not once wetting it or using a spray conditioner. She snagged my daughter’s necklace and pulled hard nearly breaking it and choking her. She never sectioned it for the layers just sorta cho

Me and my daughter absolutely loved this place. Ursula did an amazing job! She took her time washing my daughter’s hair i truly appreciate how much care she put into the haircut. She also styled my daughter’s hair so nice. We can’t wait to come back to see Ursula!
