The lady who cut my hair was amazing. Very thoughtful. She had a great soul. Uplifting, understanding. Knowledgeable. Very pleasant experience. I am sorry I don't remember her name but she had red hair very short bangs. Beautiful person all around

Had a great experience. Came in late but was still able to have both boys seen! Friendly staff and they did a great job with their hair.

Disappointed haircut took about 10-15mins. All of the highlights were cut off and now doesn’t blend with the hair underneath in color or cut. Now we’ll spend $ on more highlights to fix that. Looks very choppy. Explained to her we were not happy will follow up with someone else who will put more effort into their craft. There were 2 people waiting but you shouldn’t compromise a bad job to fit in other clients. Update: stylist called and said she refunded my daughters cut (thank you) and asked me NOT to come back because there was no one else who could fix the hair cut because she was the only one working. Very unprofessional. How does this negate fault even if you get a refund when the damage is done? It doesn’t.
