I called for appointment and received one. I showed up half hour early and was kindly accommodated. The stylist was very professional and quick!

I’ve been going to this salon for the past 17 years. Over the years, many stylists have come and gone, and it’s always a bit challenging to explain how I like my haircut to someone new. Unfortunately, some of them, especially when still in training, haven’t done a good job. Last week, I got a haircut that was poorly done — the stylist didn’t cut the top short enough as noted in my record, and my hair now sticks up with uneven waves. I called Sarah today, explained the issue, and she agreed over the phone to make an adjustment, so I booked an appointment. However, when I arrived, both she and her manager told me that even for a “minor adjustment” or a simple fix, I’d be charged the full haircut price. That is completely unethical.
