Supercuts

I will wait until the person i normally get to cut my hair next time. I have never paid 25.00 for a hair cut and that was before a tip. It was 30.00 total with a tip and I have always did a 7.00 and 8.00 tip but not today. The hair cut was good but my hair was already short it took 5 minute to cut my hair and that cost 25.00 never again I will ask before I get my hair cut there again. Like I said I have always tipped 7.00 and 8.00 and that was a total of 25.00 and 26.00 with the tip. I think the 25.00 was a self tip already added in but they would not tell you that if that was the case. I have somewhere else I can get a hair cut and I'll just go their from now on and I dont have to worry about this happening again.

This location has the best hair stylist. Kia is my favorite she always has my haircut on point. Period! The best I have ever had. Thank you, Kia, and supercuts for the amazing haircuts I have received.

First photo is what I asked for, the rest is exactly how my hair came out. I got bangs, a very bad layering job that doesn’t even blend together and my ends are just ew. Honestly so disappointed in this. Haven’t taken my hair out of a bun/pony since getting it done. The second pic after the reference photo was the same day I got it done. I got told “you’ll just have to go home and play with it a little to make it work” 🫠 I’ve tried wearing my hair in its natural curl state, straightening it, half up half down, completely down nothing is “making it work” im honestly so upset about this. I also only asked for an inch off my hair, I got about 3 inches cut off 😭 I didn’t even need that much cut off as I’m very strict on what I do and use in my hair so it had barely any split ends.
