Taylor was really nice and understanding. This was the first time in four years I've ever gotten my hair cut by someone out of fear and she was very understanding. She made me feel less scared and would check in on me multiple times to make sure I was okay. Thank you for making this experience a good one for me

Jaylene did a wonderful job of taming my hair and making me presentable for my work meetings. I like coming here, Jaylene and Taylor both are great stylists and make you feel welcome.

My daughter did a diy haircut over the weekend and so we stopped in to trim and shape the remaining length. The hairstylist was so kind and non judgemental, she made the experience very happy and easy and the hair turned out great!

Went in for a fade haircut and a little off the top. The woman cutting my hair said “when you mean fade you mean down to skin.” I said “yes” I found out during my haircut, that the woman cutting it was basically brand new. It was clear she was struggling to give me a proper fade. But i’m not a mean person i wasnt going to freak out and leave and not pay for the work that she was doing even if i was not satisfied. She is new and learning. But as a business you should be 100% confident that all your employees are capable of completing any haircut request that walks in the door. I just had to say the haircut was fine and get out of there before it got any worse. I immediately went to the Kennett location and had them fix it.

Kayla is amazing! So happy to find her ... always love my shampoo, cut and style! She has the best personality. Leave very happy!!
