asked for all over dark brown and got orange and red hair. i called the store to provide feedback privately but they asked me to post the review publicly and told me i was hurting their feelings by calling to complain. i understand it is a hard thing to receive tough feedback but Kendra, the manager, made me regret calling and made me incredibly uncomfortable. she said i was wasting her time as she was coloring someone else’s hair at the moment. i totally understand standing up for your employees but not only was my color poor, my cut had to be redone by a different professional salon so double the money spent. i was terrified at the thought going in to get my hair fixed here that i just box dyed it black which is going to be horrible for my hair if i ever want to get anything done to it i

My daughter wanted a wolf cut. We were in and out in ten minutes and it looks incredible. She’s ecstatic. I wish I knew the name of the hair dresser. She was fantastic.

Tanya was very kind and has great customer service skills. She is very friendly and did a great job cutting my daughters hair. We had great conversation. We left satisfied and feeling great. Thank you.

I was attended as soon as I walked in. I did not catch the stylists name, but she did an amazing job and recommended some products for my hair type. I am really happy with my haircut. My hair feels AMAZING!!

Don't remember the woman's name but she was great. Haven't experienced that level of professionalism and friendliness in years! Now I just have to find a way to justify driving from Nebraska every time I need a hair cut
