Customer Reviews
I walked into Supercuts looking like I had been raised by wolves. Full jungle up top. Zero structure. Absolutely no game plan. Bruce took one look at me, said “say less,” and proceeded to perform what I can only describe as architectural reconstruction. The fade? Immaculate. The line-up? Surgical. The razor work? I’m pretty sure I heard angels. Every detail was dialed in like he was restoring a classic car. I left feeling aerodynamic. Don’t sleep on Bruce — that man doesn’t cut hair, he edits reality. If you’re thinking about booking, do it.
Bruce is phenomenal! I walked in without an appointment and was seen immediately and given exceptional care, including advice about products and best practices for my hair texture. I received a wash, cut, and blow dry, and my hair was so shiny and healthy looking by the time Bruce was finished. Huge shout-out to the talent and service at this Midtown location!
Bruce was amazing! He lifted and toned, (blending my hair colors - I had many) and refreshed my pop of purple. He’s the best! Great vibes and talented hair dressers.
Horrible service by Shawn. I asked for a high skin fade and not only was the haircut terrible, completely asymmetrical and patchy, but he was also very disrespectful. He treated me badly in front of everyone just because I explained how I wanted my haircut. He made inappropriate comments like “you don’t tell a bartender how to make drinks”, and even asked me how old I was for no reason. I think he gave me a bad haircuit on purpose because he was mad and one moment he said “you don’t want to make your barber angry” This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. He talks about “energy”, but from the moment I sat in his chair, his attitude was negative, arrogant, and rude. I would not recommend him to anyone.
Came in looking like I’d been living under a rock, walked out looking like I had my life together. The stylist was friendly, quick, and somehow understood my vague 'just make it look less like this' request. Prices are Midtown-reasonable (translation: not cheap, not robbery). Lost one star only because the playlist made me feel like I was in a 2008 teen drama—but hey, maybe that’s the charm. Will definitely be back before my hair decides to stage another rebellion.
