Supercuts

The haircut was not good. My daughter needed a 1 inch easy trim & we left the store & then realized it was very crooked. We went back & she tried to fix it and cut more but it was still uneven. The supervisor helped to fix the cut but it ended up being more than 2 inches off. There was no apology & poor customer service. They should have offered to comp the haircut. We won’t be back.

Clean and friendly environment. The gentleman who cut my hair has been in the profession for 13+ years. He was pleasant and paid attention to what I wanted with my style. Extremely pleased; I will be returning in the future.
