I asked for a blunt bob with a buzzed nape, AND showed a reference picture. Then, when my haircut was over, my hairdresser said "I texturized the back instead of making it blunt." I was upset, disappointed, and confused. Pictures are my reference photo vs. what I got. Waste of money!

We always have a great experience at Supercuts. My daughter has been getting her hair trimmed there for years and it’s so convenient with the online log in and last minute availability. We’ve seen several stylists and they’re always so kind, patient, knowledgeable and sweet. They always take their time to make my daughter feel comfortable and give her a great trim. Definitely recommend, especially for kids!

Mary cut my hair and she was outstanding. She took the time to make me look good. Sometimes with men’s haircuts they rush through but she showed that she cared. She usually works in Methuen but served me in Amesbury. She is excellent!
