If you go, ask for Tammy. She’s the best! I told her I was from Connecticut and she made me feel right at home. Also, her 40 years of hair cutting experience really shows. Probably one of the first haircuts I’ve actually liked walking out the door.

I wouldn’t recommend this Supercuts location. The stylist was nice enough and fixed her mistake, but it wasn’t a good experience. 1. The stylist I saw mixed the wrong color for my hair. For reference, I got a single process color to cover greys and highlights. 2. I have healing ear piercings and told her about them and asked her to be careful around that ear, which she wasn’t. I kept having to remind her and pull my head away from her. She ended up getting color around the site. 3. After she partially dried my hair and I was unhappy with the color (she chose the color without showing me), she tried to say that it was the right color. She used a 3 when I should have been dyed with 2. Once her manager came over and saw what I was unhappy with, she told the stylist that she should have used

My stylist was Martha on Marsh and Beltline and she was absolutely amazing. I have gone to Super Cuts for over 30 years and literally this is the best haircut I've had so far. I was very impressed.

I'm extremely disappointed. This African American woman whom I have had cut my hair several times cannot do a simple buzz cut. Not only do I pay the full amount Supercuts wants, I also tip EVERY TIME as well. She is rough with clippers banging into my head, she has a scowl on her face, she can't remember how to cut my hair, even though she is the only one who does, AND it's the same haircut every time. She works Wed at 9 am when I show up. This is the Addison, Marshall and Beltline location. I can't even be nice to this unprofessional without being irritated almost every time. This is the second African American women that can't cut a buzz cut hair style. That one worked at Great Clips. Somehow this type makes a buzz cut Uber technical. I will never be back!
