Yes I have them a 5* I've never came across a nicer man I didn't get his name he gave it but he has an accent . But that was as over the phone.. I told him I wasn't use to the area and was looking for a product that is very hard to find . He actually looked for me while I was on the phone and had my perm.durected me to his store and when I wasn't there he kept calling me I made it there and he told me he was calling because he afraid id gotten lost!! Can you believe in this day and age a different nationality cared that much and was so polite why can't the world do this .. I bought the item😄

I visited your beauty supply on April 16th, 2024, and I must express my extreme displeasure with the conduct of one of your staff members (maybe it’s you who is reading this). It was my first time at your establishment, and unfortunately, the experience was marked by the inappropriate behavior of the older gentleman at the counter who wore a black diamond lined wedding band (if you're reading this, please get yourself together). After initially assisting me in locating a much-needed item on the floor, this man proceeded to follow closely behind me as I walked towards the counter to make my purchase. Literally have to waste my energy and gas going to another beauty supply because staff does not have the door unlocked so customers can come in at the time that they are supposed to be open. This is not the first time that this happened to me at this establishment
