I asked for a simple end trim and walked out with a whole different hair style I NEVER asked for . My hair was waist length with long layers and was cut up to shoulder length with real short layers and FACE FRAMING BANG THAT I AGAIN NEVER ASKED FOR . Then tells me at the end , it might look short but it looks better 🤣? Like who says that after messing up someone’s hair now I look like this

Been coming here for years now and never had any issues with my cuts or my son's. I'll be coming here as long as their open.

Been coming here for some time now. I always like going with Jackie, she does my hair and eyebrows. (I only allow her to touch my eyebrows). She is very good and detail oriented.

The hair stylist asked if my hair was okay after finishing , I asked her to cut it a bit more and she refused. This is the first time I ever experienced that. She also said it would cost $25, but then another lady said it was actually $20. She was so unprofessional.
