Best there is. Rose the new owner always does a great job, paying attention to every detail. The salon is clean and welcoming, and I always leave feeling happy with my nails.

New management has terrible customer service. I got a gel manicure and pedicure with French tip on both on Sunday so I would not have to come today, New Year’s Eve. Three nails chipped and one toe nail. I came after work, which was inconvenient for me, to get them repaired. I waited, no problem. Two customers came in and were helped immediately. I said anyone can fix my nails, I just need to go. I was told I need to wait because “everyone has customers.” As if I’m not a customer that has continued to come and tip well because the prices are reasonable. Mind you, the woman before me complained she had been waiting for two hours. They will never see me again after today. Either they don’t have enough workers or they make excuses.
