First and last visit to this shop. 😢 Not good at all. 👀 At least not to me! Yeah, that nail drill is no joke. My fingers still hurt from almost a week ago. She nipped my cuticle and acted like it was no big deal. 🩸🫣🩸😮‍💨🩸🫢 🩸 I just wanted to get an overlay and cute short color polish. Still ended up with pepto pink instead of what I actually asked for. They expect you to come in there and be ready to pay $100's of dollars. 🤑😬🤯👽 And give them big tips regardless. I felt very disrespected and unappreciated. I can get that anywhere. I'm going to start doing my own! Thanks, but no thanks! 🥲🥺😰💅🙏🏽

No consistency! She stated that she didn’t have the color to do the design then switched to not having time to do it and that she only takes appointments. She left me to do someone else pedicure while I was there first… I hate bad services! If you can’t provide a service, tell the client before starting the service, don’t wait after you did the acrylic application.

I’ve been going to Holly for years and she never disappoints me! She’s definitely good at what she do and I can always trust her with my nails. Price is good for awesome quality nails. My nails last a month literally! Also the crystals that are used here for your nails are so blingy you just can’t resist but to get some bling on your nails.

I’m beyond shocked at the disrespect and overcharging not to mention cutting my fingers over and over with the drills my natural nails are now paper thin though I objected many times then I was told my price was 45 got charged 70 because they felt like adding extra 5 for this 5 for that all the way up!!! No customer service and the entire shop ignored anyone that spoke English only speaking in their native tongue I’m beyond offended will never come back I asked several times for advice and shorter nails as I have an infant I was ignored and treated with impatience and absolute rudeness then cut up and over charged this place offers no amenities nothing at all to be so far priced over the classy nice places I frequent by my home in frisco that offer beverages drinks and customer service!!!

I walked in this morning and told them that I needed a full set. The lady told me to wait 10 minutes. Another lady walked in with no appointment and they took her back right away. The customer service was horrible and the salon was filthy. They don’t greet you and they’re very rude. I went to another nail salon and I tipped them $40.
