Super Nails

If i could rate no stars, I certainly would. Not one person was in the salon with me. I was told that they had to hurry because it was going to be busy. I didn’t even get to select my color before i was rushed to sit down and get started. The man asked me where i got my nails done before and how much they charged me. After i told him the price i asked what they charge, and he replied “uh let me see” and he told me he was going to do the price as the other place, as if it was a favor for me. There is no prices displayed. The color selection is sub par. Lighting is bad, atmosphere is eerie. The lighting reminds me of a doctors office. The outside display makes it look like it’s warm and friendly. Not at all. The cleanliness of the salon was minuscule. I couldn’t locate a autoclave where the

I must first say that I am a perfectionist when it comes to my nails. Usually after I get my nails done, I go home & refile them, thin the acrylic down & repaint them to my liking. But not at this place, they are always done to my perfectionist expectations. And if I don't say anything most everyone thinks they are real. I do recommend this place to everyone I talk to. They are also very friendly and accommodating. I find this place to be a little "Diamond in the Ruff". I absolutely love this place. And never saw the owners being anything but extremely nice. Even to someone like me who when I went there the 1st time, had come from a disaster at Mary's Nails, and asked if I would be able to file them the shape I wanted he said yes & handed me the file. Nobody has ever allowed me to do that

Ben and Lyn have great talent! He is timely and only asks for one thing.... “to [just] sit still”. Its not much to ask, so that he can be as detailed as you let him. They accommodate and appreciate you! Creative suggestions! Reasonable prices! I get solar pink nails with special (cut in) diamond gel tips... and he shapes them to the natural contour of my fingers! $35 every 3 weeks! Very natural! Very strong! Some places are very social while others, like here, are more serene. Pick your peace. I am very pleased with their beautiful work. When i have not had an appointment they’ve seen me right away! By Appointment is even better, I’m told! Quiet, and relaxing atmosphere... great find close to home.

The man who works here is rude and overbearing. I have never been spoken to so badly by someone that I was paying. I am not a person who walks into a lace being rude, and demanding attention! I love to have a comfortable atmosphere and converse with the people around me. Lyn was nice and helpful. She did my toes very well, and I have no complaints about her! I loved how she tried to speak with me while doing my feet. But whoever that man is... He could use a book on manners. I recommend "what's a thingamajig?" Maybe that book will help him.understand, how to be nicer to customers.

I retired after 40 years in nursing. I wash my hands constantly and need nails that are smooth and professional when working with patients. I have been going to Super Nails for over 22 years. My acrylic nails look great. They are strong and only very rarely break. The first time I came to Super Nails I was horified to discover that the previous salon had actually filed a hole in my nail. I was given advice as to how to heal my nail and have never had a problem since. Ben and Lynn are experienced in a variety of nail problems. I trust their judgement and have brought several people to Super Nails.
