Update: Chloe was great and fixed my nails in the middle of their late night rush. My nails look amazing now and I’m way more satisfied now! Thank you for making the situation right! I come here all the time but my last visit wasn’t that good. The lady in the second from last chair seemed new and not very experienced. She put a nail on extremely crooked which had to be soaked off. Then another she started to shape wrong and had to be soaked off. The acrylic application took way longer than any other ladies there and was constantly watery and dripping off my nails. The shaping of a few nails are lumpy and have dips in the middle. I asked for a stiletto nail which she didn’t know what that was and there’s a more rounded tip like almond. I originally came here after a different salon did my

Went on Saturday after leaving work early. Ing was behind on all her appointments. I had a 3pm and her 2 pm was still in the pedicure chair waiting. She rushed through my nails and ignored me when I asked her if she wasn’t going to buff my nails smooth after fixing some of them. She replied, “oh you know more than me”. She went straight into the clear coat while my nails were scratched and uneven in texture. The texture showed me right through the clear. I was literally in tears and another lady had to buff the polish off after suggesting I paint a darker color over them to cover up the mess Ing made. Paid $58 for a full set and hate them !!!

These are the nails that I left with they were botched and they wasn’t even the color I wanted, and I should’ve knew when they did not allow me to do dip powder. They kept wanting me to change it to acrylic and when I finally change it into acrylic They did it so thin it snapped off the same night I do not recommend them have to be one of the worst nails I have ever got done and for $65.

worst place ever !! looks so unclean , so unprofessional I asked for fully aycrlic and she put colored gel on top , did not cut my cuticuls properly, SO UGLY !! she rushed it very quickly did not take her time

Waiting an hour to have a nail fixed that popped off in days. Asked for a new nail and they were upset with me that i wouldnt let them superglue it. Refused me service the next day. Nails uneven on first application as well. 100 waisted . Also very very unclean. No sterilizing of any tools or pedicure bowl as i watched assist another customer. Empty lobby with no customers and still Refusing service.
