Super Nails

I've been in a few times lately 2 of which I left after waiting over an hour. I have no complaints of the past 2x that the mom did my nails. She is a little rough and could definitely be friendlier but I think it's her personality and possibly the strong accent that comes off gruff. Today I got Mia who seemed sweet and was gentle. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and asked her if the colors I picked looked like they matched, her response was idk. After trying the colors she got irritated with me and the time I took to pick a different color. I ended up doing the same color I came in with just to get out. I'm not a regular customer here however I have stopped in throughout the years when I need a quick touch up. That being said I've never been satisfied with the service I received here and only come in when it's an emergency. I came in as a walk in, to have my dip nails removed and get a manicure with clear hardening polish. There was only one other customer in the store at the time so I was seated quickly. So the first time I went in I miss spoke. And they had a hard time understanding me and gave me a manicure along with my acrylic set. And had to charge me for more. So I go back to get an acrylic set I set up an appointment for an acrylic set and I go to check out and they have given me a gel nail which is $60 instead of $27….. I didn’t ask for gel I specifically wanted acrylic because I wanted a cheaper nail I did not have the money in my bank account for 20 more dollars. On top of that my nails the links that I have decided they shaved down so much more to wear not even barely over my skin and some nails are flat and some nails around I’ve got two nails that have scuffs in them. I went to Super Nails on January 20th for a powder dip manicure. I don’t typically go there but I was going for convenience this time. I’ve gotten powder dip many times before and it typically lasts 3.5-4 weeks. Last night, February, 1st, I was trying to open a box of paper clips and it happened so quickly, but the powder dip coating popped right off! I had noticed the last few days that the edges were coming up because when I would run my fingers thru my hair, my hair would start snagging in my nails. I get the powder dip because I know that gel polish doesn’t last on my nails and peels off quickly. I noticed the lady didn’t prep my nails like I’m used to and the product was a different brand. So, I’m not sure what the issue was but I’m very upset to pay $60 for nails that didn’t last but

We were in town for my husband's work. Went to see Adri at Super Nails for a manicure, and she was fantastic! I loved her care for and attention to my nails. She was so thorough in cleaning and painting my nails. She's also sweet and friendly. I highly recommend her!
