I have been to this salon 3x. It is very conveniently located close to my job. I had my eyebrows waxed here and they did a phenomenal job. But just the waxing… The manicure was a disaster. The tech left large spots of cuticle and peeling skin around my nail beds. When she did the polish it was extremely sloppy. The polish was lumpy, there were entire sections of my nails that had no polish on them at all and she got polish all over my hands and fingers! I asked if they could re do the polish the next day during my lunch break because I didn’t have time to fix it that day. The manager obliged. Today, I came in for the polish change. Same tech, same experience! I changed the color thinking perhaps it was older and that could have caused the lumping but I had the exact same issues! Lumps, pa

My husband dropped my girls off to get their nails done for their 1st day of high school. I'd been there before so I figured I wouldn't make a fuss. Both girls nails looked horrendous. The nails weren't even. They had different sizes. My youngest nails looked like press ons. I designed them so they wouldn't go to school embarrassed. Never again! They need new nail techs.

Got a pedicure the leg massage was great I work on my feet all day. My feet feel amazing n look fantastic

These are my nails right after getting them done. I am very sad to make a review like this. My nails came out terrible, I should’ve read the reviews before going to this place. I felt like they rushed with me, I will be taking these nails off as soon as possible.

This place is truly a hidden gem. Great customer service and fast service every time! Overall service never disappointment
