Super Nail Spa

I’m not normally one to leave reviews but I was very disappointed with the service I received here. I’m from out of town and have been looking for a new shop I found this place based on reviews and just driving around. The pictures on the reviews seemed good so I decided to give them a shot. I came in and was seated very quickly however the experience went downhill from there I came in for a simple pink and white ombré set and the tech that serviced me did not seem to understand my request I was only offered one color to choose from but I did not want to be picky. Throughout my service I did note that none of my nails were the same size or shape not even slightly. I tried politely again to express one of my pinky’s was smaller than the other and he proceeded to tell me it was fine. Despite

10/10 recommend this cute little salon. The owner is an incredible person who is extremely talented. In just 2 years she bought the salon and completely upgraded. My sets last 4 weeks and I'm NEVER over charged. Fair, hip, modern and positive. I highly recommend Sophia Linh for anything nails.

I usually don't leave reviews but being my second nail just popped off I'm just over it for the price I paid. Upon entrance felt warmed & welcomed. Environment clean kept, offering complimentary items.. water, wine, etc. Pedicure was okay. I've had so much better on a cheaper price. Spent $118 on pedi & nails... entirely too much. Second night polish from my toe began to chip. A week later a nail popped. A week later today another nail popped. I was visiting in town and found this place on Google. Most certainly I won't be going back ever when visiting Charleston. Nice people and nice facility though.

I asked Sophia to prep my nail for the upcoming Super Bowl AKA the "Bentito Bowl" and OMG. Better than I ever expected

Sofia and Rose are AMAZING!! I have a horrible habit of picking my nails when I’m stressed and a full set never lasts me a week… I’m on day 16 with all of them still intact!! And I have used and abused my hands with moving. This salon has excellent quality and wonderful nail techs! Do not hesitate and book the appointment!! Yes there’s a lot of growth! But I moved to Texas and now have to find someone new. :(
