My husband and I went there and we both got pedicures and I got a refill. $189 before tip. They didn't cut my toe nails straight so they are slanted.... Within a week I had 2 broken nails and 2 chipped nails. I've gone other places and my nails usually last 3-4 weeks before have to go back to the nail salon for a refill. I went back to see if they would correct the issue prior to my review and they said the reason why my nails were breaking and chipping was because I got a refill and not a new set! I always get refills and never have this much breakage within 6 days... Also, During my pedicure they didn't offer to put my back massage on. And they don't offer drinks like most other nail salons in the area. Overall poor quality, poor service and expensive. I will not be back.

Such a lovely experience for both my daughter and me! The staff was patient, friendly, and did a beautiful job on our nails. We felt pampered and well taken care of. Highly recommend for a mom-and-daughter treat!

Where should I begin? I typically refrain from leaving reviews for businesses because I believe that my unfortunate experiences shouldn't reflect on everyone else's. However, the staff and the nail technician were incredibly impolite and exhibited racism towards both me and my sister-in-law. We drove for 38 minutes to this establishment solely because they advertised a 20% discount. My advice is not to fall by this offer. They tell you it's 20% off, but when you arrive, they overcharge you first and then apply the discount. We were there for pedicures and a full set of nails. The ladies who performed the pedicures were pleasant and treated us kindly, but the girl who appeared to be the manager and a man who went by "men" were rude. I went to get a full set done on Tuesday, by SATURDAY 3 nails were lifting like cheap press ons. I have never had nails this terrible no matter where I’ve went. Not even a week in and they are lifting so what will all of them look like in a week? TERRIBLE. They are not even shaped correctly yet I was charged EXTRA for shape. The nails have to be shaped regardless so you’re charging extra for part of the necessary process anyways. I came in to get them fixed today and was asked to come back. Very unprofessional. So now I am in an almost 25 minute wait, still waiting to get my nails repaired. Would not recommend and would not have returned if I didn’t already waste my money with them.

I’ve been coming here for over two years off and on yet after today i’m going to try to find a better nail place. My pedicure was phenomenal, unrushed, and very relaxing. My nails on the other hand were done by someone I believe not proficient in doing full sets - the shaping is okay, my cuticles look terrible, and the skin around my nails is somehow stained yellow? Its very obvious, yet the nail tech did nothing to fix it but wipe my nails with alcohol. I went to the sink after I was finished and scrubbed them with a brush and soap yet my fingers are still stained.
