Super Braids and Weaving Salon

I went to Super Braids & Weaving in Arlington for the first time based on a referral, and I deeply regret it. I ask for knotless braids, but the parts are crooked, the edges are horrible, and the braids look sloppy and unprofessional. I now have to take my hair down and pay someone else to redo it. I ask the owner for a partial refund, but she refuses. I even call the police because the service is unacceptable. The manager is rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to cooperate. I’m super pissed and will never return. Avoid this salon at all costs. My response to the owners feedback - The size of the braids was never the problem. This one of the worst and the filthest Braid shop I've ever been too please see pictures attached below .The Manager/ Owner is very rude and not willing to accommodate in any way . I tried to get my hair braided by a certain braider the owner told me that she no longer works there .When I just spoke with the other braiders who told me she was off today and that she changed her number so they can't reach her .I was like why is lying its not like I'm coming back ; so the joke is on her ! Now its only three braiders in there that braid well . Please Do not let the old women braiders braid y'all hair they are not good . I suggest you proceed with caution before you let them braid your hair. I tried to help Black own business but when you mistreat people bad Karma will follow you Ms.

My daughter called and asked if they do fulani boho and they told her yes and to come in, when she got there they told her to go to the hairstore to buy her curly hair for fulani they also didn't say they were cash only! With that being said they asked my daughter after completing half her hair if she has cash and when she said No they stopped doing her and she had my granddaughter with and they had been there since 11am and it was now 6pm no food my granddaughter needed her meds and a diaper change. I called them from Florida to advice of their unprofessional conduct and assuming she couldn't pay! In response to the "Owner": I have time today... So not only did you reply on this review contradicting yourself but lying as well. You stated in your so called response we ask for a full refund and we did. My daughter was excited to come to the shop to pay for her braids with the money she earned from her first pay check. But this was the experience she received. As we explain to you she had came there to get her hair done for college and had to go back. You responded back flippant we have kids in college as well. Im sure you do, so would you tell your child to just get taken advantage of with that horrible service my daughter received? I guarantee you wouldn't and would have requested a refund as well. I was referred by one of my friends to come to Super Braids. I loved my friends knotless braids. After getting the location, I came and got knotless braids and loved them! I have received so many compliments on my braids. The service was great, it took them four hours to do them and I got them long.
