While I definitely understand we have serious concerns of theft in our and other areas, the business owner refused to see my point when I addressed with him the fact that I walked through the door just moments before my daughter walked in. Because my daughter had reusable shopping bags and I didn’t, he made sure to tell her that the bags either had to stay up front or folded up with her. Absolutely nothing was said to me and I didn’t see him right to the side working on stocking inventory. He became argumentative when I attempted to get him to see that he neglected welcoming me to his store but definitely saw my daughter. We just moved out here 6 month's ago and my mother has shopped here twice and the sales associate Muinat was amazing. She helped my mother who is a survivor pick out hair for her breast cancer hairstyle that she get done every October for breast cancer awareness month. She was very attentive, positive attitude, very knowledgeable and had great customer service she was so good my mother took my grandmother back there to shop as well. The best customer service they ever had in a beauty supply store.

I wish I could give this place negative 5 stars—honestly, they didn’t even deserve the one star I was forced to give. I stopped by to grab some hair since it’s close to where I live, but the experience was straight-up fraudulent. They added extra items to my receipt that I never purchased. When I pointed it out, they acted like they fixed it—but did the exact same thing again. This place is a full-blown scam. I have no idea how they’re sitting on so many good reviews. Something shady is going on, and this shop needs to be investigated or shut down. If you shop here, check your receipts—every single time.

Helpful employees , good selection of hair extensions but very overpriced as usual for these types of establishments and of course a strict no refund policy

wigs are nice. but don't get clippers or anything you must take home to see if it works. I got clippers here. very expensive. and they did not work once I got them home. couldn't take them back because of their policy. Andis clippers. I had to throw it away. the motor was dead.
