If I could give zero stars, I would. I came to this beauty supply store to do a return within the 7-day window, as clearly stated on my receipt. The receipt says that within seven days, a refund or exchange is allowed. When I arrived, the manager (Jane) was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly cut me off while I was trying to explain my situation. She insisted the return could only be issued as a store credit, even after I pointed out what the receipt stated. Her response was, “This is what has to be done. It’s not about the receipt at this point.” At that point, I was already frustrated, and her attitude only made the situation worse. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional. Do not buy any men’s equipment from this store. The manager recommended these two equipment it will turned on but didn’t work as normal. Tried to give them a call hung up twice and the third time no answer. I did try to confront him same day about my first purchase that the equipment wasn’t working properly but he tried to convince me otherwise. I purchased another one and the same thing happened. The policy is no refund and no exchange. You guys will loose good customers. Selling BAD equipment

I went here and purchased natural afro-kinky human hair among other products. The Asian woman that sits in the human hair section asked what length I wanted in the #30. She informed me that they had 12, 16 & 22 inches. I picked 12 as I didn't need long. She never took the hair out of the box for me to confirm that it was 12 inches. I was naive and didn't think that was important at the time. When I got the hair home I took some out to find that it was 4 inches when stretched. I went to exchange the box and the same Asian woman-who I'm assuming is the owner told me they would not exchange the item. Citing that it was a manufacturer issue and they had no control. I don’t generally write reviews. However there comes a time. Purchased a wig minutes ago. The salesperson was very helpful and witnessed this whole transaction. Tried on 3 wigs. Chose one of the same wigs I tried on that fit. (Purchased same wig in a different color). Sales person helped me put on the new wig, just purchased in the store, trimmed the lace for me. It was way smaller. Salesperson also noted this. Manager Sung tries to convince me that it was not tighter. Imagine telling someone how something fits on your head! The absurdity. Refuses a refund.
