The lashes started falling off on it's own without my actual lashes attached to it so Im guessing the glue used was not great. I messaged her that half of one of my eyes is almost half way gone but she said since I used a coupon, she won't correct it. Disappointing. Basically paid half the price for half the time so I guess you get what you pay for. I also made sure to use all water based products and not let it get wet for 48 hours so there should have been no reason for the lashes to fall off unnaturally. She said that I should have went to her 3 days after the service and not a week after. Well sweetie if half fell off within 3 days you have a more serious problem going on lol Clearly it took longer than that for me to realize its a problem since I gave you the benefit of the doubt that
